QA Engineer

About the role

Litify is seeking a QA Engineer to join its Product & Engineering team. This AI‑first position will own end‑to‑end quality within an agile squad, focusing on a legal software platform built on Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate AI‑generated test results, assessing accuracy, completeness, and false positives/negatives.
• Execute manual test cases, conduct targeted exploratory and edge‑case testing on high‑risk workflows.
• Identify gaps missed by AI and provide detailed feedback.
• Develop and maintain Playwright automation to achieve 80% test coverage by year‑end.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot as core components of the testing workflow.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Strong background in both manual and automated testing.
• Hands‑on, team‑oriented attitude in a fast‑paced agile environment.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise software, preferably on the Salesforce platform.
• Enthusiasm for redefining QA with AI‑augmented processes.

Required skills

• Playwright automation framework.
• Salesforce platform knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot for code assistance.
