Public Relations Coordinator

About the role

Sisley Paris is seeking a charismatic Public Relations Coordinator to join its in‑house PR team in New York. You will support the Vice President and Director of Public Relations, manage an intern, and help raise brand awareness for new product launches, boutiques, and the New York Maison.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in weekly PR status meetings with the New York PR team and strategic brainstorming sessions with marketing, digital, and creative teams.
• Attend weekly calls with the social and creative team at the French headquarters.
• Generate PR ideas, craft compelling pitches, write press releases, and coordinate local influencer campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with assistant beauty editors, industry experts, and influencers.
• Manage product inventory for media mailings and coordinate sample distribution.
• Support the VP and Director of PR in day‑to‑day tasks and oversee the work of one intern.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of public relations experience, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector.
• Independent thinker with a hands‑on, “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong collaborative mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
