About the role

The Public Area / Lobby Attendant ensures all public spaces in the hotel are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. This role supports the overall guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

Clean and maintain lobby, public restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, meeting rooms, fitness center and other assigned areas.
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and glass surfaces.
Monitor and replenish restroom supplies, empty trash, and replace liners.
Respond quickly to spills, guest requests, and special cleaning needs.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly.

Required profile

Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Good time‑management and organizational skills.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40 lb and perform repetitive motions.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
