About the role

The Public Area Attendant maintains cleanliness of public spaces in accordance with guest service and sustainability standards at The Dalmar hotel.

Key responsibilities

Clean all hard and textile surfaces, restrooms, and public space floors, removing debris and spot cleaning carpets.
Ensure windows, doorways, furniture, and elevator surfaces are free of fingerprints, smudges, and debris.
Empty waste receptacles, clean employee break rooms and restrooms, and respond to guest room requests.
Utilize chemicals according to directions and follow MSDS, OSHA, and blood‑borne pathogen safety procedures.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous related experience preferred.

Required skills

Ability to follow chemical safety guidelines and Material Safety Data Sheets.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and blood‑borne pathogen protection procedures.
