About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates is seeking board‑certified psychiatrists to join its exclusive outpatient network as 1099 contractors in Carlisle, PA. You will deliver evidence‑based mental health care through 60‑minute video intake appointments and ongoing follow‑up visits, providing comprehensive medication management and coordinating with therapy and coaching services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments during video intake sessions.
• Provide ongoing medication management, including prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting treatments.
• Develop patient‑centered treatment plans, document recommendations, and communicate with patients via the platform.
• Follow clinical best‑practice guidelines such as measurement‑based care and patient‑centered care.

Required profile

• Board‑certified MD or DO in psychiatry with an unrestricted state license.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Office space available to see in‑person clients in Hanover.
• Ability to treat a full range of psychiatric diagnoses and clinical complexities.
• Full‑time resident of the United States.
