Provider Recruiting Specialist – Telehealth

About the role

TeleMed2U is expanding its national telehealth provider network and needs a proactive Provider Recruiting Specialist. You will own the full‑cycle recruitment of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists across multiple specialties and states, delivering a seamless candidate experience in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate high‑volume recruitment for physicians, NPs, PAs, and therapists.
• Draft and post job ads on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards and social media channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial outreach, and manage candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Schedule and coordinate initial and clinical interviews with internal stakeholders and CMOs.
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Perform initial provider verifications and draft contracts and compensation addendums.
• Compile onboarding details for internal teams and implement sourcing strategies.
• Utilize ATS functions efficiently (Greenhouse experience a plus).

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, relationship‑driven, and able to guide providers transparently.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple hiring workflows simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for candidate and stakeholder interaction.
• Experience managing full‑cycle recruiting in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
• Job board and social media sourcing techniques.
• Contract drafting and compensation addendum preparation.
