About the role

Artemis Connection seeks a Project/Program Manager to support a public‑sector client on a 12‑month engagement focused on implementing a Healthcare and Benefits Act. The role is remote with occasional travel to Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

Lead program management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Redesign organizational structures and clarify decision rights across teams and leadership levels.
Establish cross‑functional governance frameworks to increase decision‑cycle speed and accountability.
Develop structures and talent models for multi‑site hospitals or public agencies.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience.
Experience with VA, VHA, or related government health agencies preferred.
Healthcare background (clinical, informatics, or supply chain) is a plus.
At least 2 years of consulting experience is desirable.
