About the role

Artemis Connection seeks a Project/Program Manager to support a public sector client on a 12‑month engagement, with possible extension. The role is remote with occasional travel to Washington DC and focuses on implementing a Healthcare and Benefits Act.

Key responsibilities

Program management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Advising health systems, state agencies, and federal partners on transformation strategy.
Developing OGSMs and related strategic frameworks.
Prioritizing portfolios to focus resources on high‑impact initiatives.
Building cost‑to‑impact models to guide decisions.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of program/project management experience.
Experience with IVA/VHA/VA preferred.
Healthcare experience (clinical, informatics, supply chain) preferred.
At least 2 years of consulting experience preferred.
