About the role

Artemis Connection seeks a Project/Program Manager to support a public‑sector client on a 12‑month engagement focused on implementing a Healthcare and Benefits Act for the US Department of Veterans Affairs. The role is remote with occasional travel to Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

Manage program and project schedules, deliverables, and reporting.
Develop implementation, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans.
Evaluate waivers, quality standards, and pilot programs for care and dental services.
Conduct staffing model design, financial impact analysis, and recommendations.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of program/project management experience.
At least 2 years of consulting experience.
Experience with VA/VHA initiatives preferred.
