About the role

The Project Superintendent leads the scheduling, management, and coordination of all subcontractors, trades, and labor crews on complex construction projects. This role ensures that work progresses according to the Master Schedule while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain efficient construction schedules for all trades.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and labor crews to work in unison.
  • Administer and control permit documentation.
  • Review and understand each subcontractor’s scope of work.
  • Conduct and coordinate safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
  • Monitor construction progress and quality against project specifications and design documents.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as a construction superintendent.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, teach, and mentor crew members.
  • Strong understanding of plans, specifications, design documents, and code requirements.
  • Experience working on structural steel building projects.
