Project Manager (Windows and Doors)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead our fast‑growing new‑construction installation team in Central Virginia. In this pivotal position you will oversee field operations for windows and doors, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating installers, sales, and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all job‑site activities during installations and coach installer partners to maintain consistent quality.
• Develop and maintain installation schedules with the Project Coordinator, sales reps, logistics, and site superintendents.
• Conduct pre‑installation site visits to verify readiness, rough openings, and alignment with contractors.
• Manage on‑site coordination on installation days, resolve field issues in real‑time, and communicate with builders, installers, and sales teams.
• Perform post‑installation inspections, coordinate rework, approve invoices, and handle warranty or punch‑list work.
• Assist with delivery and installation of accessories, manage change orders, and ensure proper billing documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of new‑construction experience, preferably with hands‑on installation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30 and CPR certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRMs such as Salesforce.
