Project Manager – Structural Repair & Strengthening

About the role

DYWIDAG is seeking a Project Manager to lead structural repair and strengthening projects, primarily using post‑tensioning and carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) solutions. The role focuses on delivering safe, profitable projects on time and within budget while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute site‑specific safety plans for each project.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to meet or exceed budget targets.
• Manage financial aspects, including cost estimates, budgeting, and monthly reporting using Navision.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, vendors, and operational teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives, project reporting, and social media content as needed.
• Resolve field performance, collection, and customer satisfaction issues.

Required profile

• Strong focus on safety and ability to develop safety execution plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction contracts.
• Experience managing project finances and delivering projects on budget.
