Project Manager, Service & Repair

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead service and repair initiatives for its Cardiovascular portfolio. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and meet quality, regulatory, and operational excellence standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects focused on service support, operations scaling, CAPA management, and process improvements.
• Oversee CAPA processes, including root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification activities.
• Manage lifecycle projects such as component replacements, redesigns, and system upgrades to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Ensure all activities adhere to FDA, ISO, and other relevant standards; prepare documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.
• Identify technical and operational risks and develop mitigation plans to protect product availability and patient safety.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑7 years of project management experience in service, repair, maintenance or field service operations.
• Proven track record managing CAPAs, lifecycle projects, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Strong understanding of design controls, risk management, and FDA/ISO requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross‑functional team collaboration.
