Project Manager, Service & Repair

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead service and repair initiatives for its Cardiovascular portfolio. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and meet quality, regulatory, and operational excellence standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects focused on service support, scaling operations, CAPA management, and process improvements.
• Oversee CAPA processes, root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification activities.
• Manage lifecycle projects for component replacements, redesigns, and system upgrades to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other standards; prepare documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.
• Identify technical and operational risks and develop mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑7 years of project management experience in service, repair, maintenance or field service operations.
• Proven track record managing CAPAs, lifecycle projects, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Strong understanding of design controls, risk management, and FDA/ISO requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.
