Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead multiple remote hospitality sites, designing and implementing scalable systems to improve performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes. This safety‑sensitive position requires travel to remote locations, primarily in Nunavut, with flexibility for remote work when off‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement process improvements, launching at least two initiatives annually with measurable impact.
• Maintain client escalation response under 48 hours and achieve positive client scorecard trends.
• Develop leadership plans, keep turnover below target, and ensure 100 % training compliance.
• Manage regional budgets, achieve 5‑10 % YoY cost savings, and keep forecasting accuracy within ±3 %.
• Ensure 100 % HSEQ audit compliance and close corrective actions within SLA.
• Standardize SOPs, reporting tools, and service models across sites.
• Lead change‑management projects, monitor KPIs, and coach site leaders.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, audit reviews, and regional HSEQ programs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, service delivery, or operations within telecommunications or managed services.
• Basic understanding of Ethernet, SD‑WAN, GPON, or firewalls.
• Experience with carrier coordination, provisioning, or circuit ordering processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
