Project Manager – Ready to Schedule Team

About the role

The Ready to Schedule team drives stagnant or delayed solar installation accounts forward until they are ready for scheduling. This position requires strong knowledge of Salesforce and Enerflo, high ownership, urgency, and critical thinking to eliminate operational blockers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex front‑of‑funnel operational issues, partnering with Sales and Operations teams.
• Proactively review the pipeline for aging or at‑risk projects and take ownership of resolving blockers.
• Communicate directly with customers to obtain required documents, clarify items, and eliminate account‑level obstacles.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce, Enerflo and related systems.
• Identify recurring operational issues and escalate systemic risks to leadership.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑3+ years experience in sales operations, account management or escalation roles, preferably in solar or home services.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational and communication skills.
