Project Manager – Puerto Rico

About the role

Mace is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of construction projects in Puerto Rico. You will champion safety, drive performance, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote safety‑first behaviours and ensure compliance with local health and safety standards.
• Manage full project lifecycle, aligning programmes, milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee budgets, risk registers and long‑term functional improvements.
• Lead collaboration with design, consultancy and client teams to foster innovation and best practice.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in construction.
• Strong communication, planning and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Degree‑qualified with relevant professional memberships or local equivalents.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of construction methodologies.
• Understanding of HSE requirements and sector‑specific regulations.
• Commercial, budgeting and problem‑solving capability.
