Project Manager – Operations

About the role

The Project Manager at Enovis Surgical will be responsible for managing Manufacturing Operations projects following PMI guidance, which includes planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of a project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope.

Key responsibilities

• Work with functional groups to develop Project Charters.
• Perform detailed project planning, including scope, time, resource, communication, and risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate closely with Ops Leadership, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to secure resources and ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution.
• Organize project teams and lead weekly project meetings.
• Develop and maintain monthly project status reports.
• Identify potential risks and work with leadership on mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience in Engineering, Marketing, Quality, or Sales Operations.
• At least 4 years of Project Management experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Travel requirement of less than 5%.
