Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing real‑estate development firm focused on low‑rise multifamily projects across Florida. As a Project Manager you will act as the owner’s advocate, overseeing ground‑up residential developments from pre‑construction through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑construction activities, including budgeting, scheduling and design coordination.
• Monitor construction execution on 3–5 story, 160‑200 unit projects valued at $40‑60M.
• Maintain daily communication between ownership, third‑party general contractors and consultants.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Visit job sites regularly and report progress to the ownership team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with ground‑up multifamily residential construction.
• Preferably worked with developers and general contractors.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field (preferred but not required).
