Project Manager – Mega-Project (Blue Point)

About the role

CF Industries is seeking a Project Manager to support the development and execution of a mega‑project for a greenfield Blue Ammonia facility. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate scope development and compile cost estimates based on the defined scope.
• Drive detailed engineering activities and manage scope change protocols.
• Prepare request‑for‑bid packages, evaluate proposals, and requisition materials and services.
• Execute project scope using in‑house labor or external construction contractors.
• Track overall project costs, schedule performance, and prepare routine formal reports.
• Act as CF management representative, coordinating the CF project team with the engineering partner Technip.
• Ensure change orders to the EPF contract are limited through effective communication and contract expertise.
• Represent CF with the main mechanical contractor for pre‑mobilization planning and construction execution.
• Coordinate construction contractor inquiries with the CF project team and Technip engineering resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing portions of large‑scale engineering or construction projects.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills to monitor cost and schedule.
