About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new‑construction projects involving mechanical plumbing, process piping, and HVAC systems. This role oversees commercial mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle for mechanical plumbing, piping, and HVAC new‑construction contracts.
- Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Lead on‑site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and client specifications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience in mechanical construction.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a commercial mechanical construction contractor.
