Project Manager

About the role

FanDuel is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects within the Business Project Management team. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will work across the FanDuel Group and its global parent, Flutter Entertainment, delivering high‑impact programs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to define project tasks, resource needs, and timelines.
• Assemble and coordinate geographically dispersed teams, track milestones, and report status updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect timely delivery.
• Provide direction, support, and decision‑making guidance to project teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear delivery of solutions.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, strategy, or business operations, preferably in technology, sports, or media.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority and motivate diverse teams.
• Experience working with distributed, agile teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
