Project Manager

About the role

Freyssinet Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead bridge rehabilitation, structural repair, and post‑tensioning projects from pre‑construction through closeout. The role is based in Sterling, VA, with regular travel to project sites across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from award through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, client relationships, and quality/safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain CPM project schedules, control cost‑to‑complete, billing, and change order processes.
• Serve as primary day‑to‑day contact for DOT and other agency clients.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with plans and specifications.
• Mentor and direct assigned Project Engineers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil, bridge, road, or commercial construction.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑million‑dollar projects on schedule and within budget.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across a multi‑state footprint.
