Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join a rapidly growing international professional services firm in Miami. The role works closely with senior leadership to drive strategic projects, improve operational processes, and support business transformation across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver business‑critical projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across international offices.
• Develop project plans, timelines and governance frameworks.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities.
• Track milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Support change‑management initiatives and ensure successful adoption.
• Produce reporting and analysis to measure project performance and business impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering business or operational projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing or professional services is a plus.
