Project Manager

About the role

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead and scale tools, processes, and governance models that drive organizational excellence. This 9‑month contract role is based in Beaverton, OR, with a hybrid schedule (on‑site Monday‑Thursday).

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex projects (≤12 months) with budgets up to $1M and regional scope.
• Maintain visibility across the Project Management lifecycle, identifying next steps, trade‑offs, and decision points.
• Communicate concise, data‑informed recommendations to executive audiences.
• Apply portfolio management principles to balance priorities, capacity, risk, and value.
• Partner with sponsors to define business benefits, measurable outcomes, and project scope.
• Manage change‑control processes and articulate impacts on scope, timeline, cost, and quality.
• Develop integrated schedules, track milestones, and mitigate critical‑path risks.
• Facilitate effort estimation and support cost management activities.

• Proactive, self‑motivated with a focus on risk reduction and organizational effectiveness.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for senior leadership.
