Project Manager – Industrial Construction

About the role

Our client, a growing industrial construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead food and beverage manufacturing facility projects across the United States. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets are met while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage industrial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and design professionals to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement activities, and construction planning.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve schedule, budget, and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, contract requirements, and company safety expectations.
• Prepare project reports, change orders, financial updates, and client communications.
• Travel to project sites as necessary to support successful execution.

Required profile

• Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Background in industrial construction strongly preferred; experience with food and beverage manufacturing facilities highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from pre‑construction through close‑out.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project financial management.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
