Project Manager – High Rise Mixed Use (>$150M)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑rise mixed‑use construction projects exceeding $150 million in Miami. You will oversee all phases of the build, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Project Executive/VP and manage contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate daily operations with clients, subcontractors, architects, and owners.
• Drive process improvement, RFI handling, change management, and document control.
• Review and evaluate planning, design, construction, and contract documentation.
• Prepare and submit pay applications, change orders, and related financial documents.
• Attend project meetings, capture minutes, and track issues.

Required profile

• B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in commercial, multifamily, or mixed‑use ground‑up projects, preferably with a general contractor.
• Familiarity with the South Florida subcontractor and vendor market.
• Strong organizational, team‑leadership, and communication abilities.

What we offer

• Base salary between $160,000 and $190,000 per year.
