Project Manager - High-End Residential Landscape
IKON Landscape · Sandy
Job description
About the role
IKON Landscape, a landscaping company that designs, installs and maintains outdoor spaces for high-end residential properties, is looking for a Project Manager to plan, execute and close out landscape construction projects. The role sits between design intent and field execution, keeping projects on time, within budget and to the standards clients expect. It calls for strong communication, technical construction knowledge and the ability to manage several concurrent projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent high-end residential design-build projects from preconstruction through punch-list and client closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, managing expectations and delivering a white-glove experience.
- Direct crews and specialty subcontractors, ensuring schedule adherence, craftsmanship standards and site safety.
- Manage change orders end to end: identify scope changes early, price and document them, secure approvals and integrate approved changes into billing.
- Review drawings, specifications and grading information, resolving constructability gaps in the field while protecting design intent and finish quality.
- Build and manage a network of specialty trades and suppliers capable of luxury-level execution.
- Build and manage project schedules, identify critical-path constraints, coordinate multi-trade sequencing and drive recovery plans.
- Drive safety, quality, productivity and accountability with a high degree of independence.
Required profile
- 3-6 years of landscape experience; project management experience preferred.
- Experience managing field operations, including labor, equipment and material procurement on concurrent projects.
- Valid driver's license and fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Aspire project management software (preferred).
- Strong Excel and financial tracking tools for job costing and budget management.
- PMP or LEED certification a plus.
What we offer
- Base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.
- Paid vacation and paid holidays.
- Medical insurance and a 401K with a 3% match.
- Company vehicle.
