Construction Division Manager

About the role

IKON Landscape, a landscaping company that designs, installs and maintains outdoor spaces for high-end residential properties, is looking for an experienced Construction Division Manager to lead its Construction Division. The manager oversees the operational success of the division so that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The position is based in Sandy, Utah.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers and Field Services leadership
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower and operational performance
• Plan resources to support current and upcoming projects (3-6 month planning horizon)
• Coach, mentor and develop the next generation of leaders
• Create accountability through performance management and continuous feedback
• Review operational and financial metrics to improve profitability and efficiency
• Partner with executive leadership to analyze division performance and drive strategic initiatives
• Implement scalable systems, processes and operational improvements
• Ensure an exceptional client experience from project kickoff through completion
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent industry experience
• 10+ years of landscape construction or commercial construction experience
• Strong project management background overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Aspire preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers, supervisors or project teams
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, profitability, scheduling and resource allocation

What we offer

• Base salary of $115,000 to $130,000 depending on experience
