About the role

Join the Institute for Community Health Innovation (ICHI) at UAMS as a Project Manager to lead community‑based projects that drive meaningful health improvements. You will coordinate project activities, manage outreach, and ensure alignment with funding agency requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate specific aspects of community‑based projects and implement work plans.
• Organize events, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Manage administrative tasks and documentation for assigned projects.
• Develop, follow, and train staff on standard operating procedures.
• Support writing, editing, evaluation, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members on process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree plus five years of project coordination experience, or equivalent education and experience combinations.
• Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience developing and training staff on standard operating procedures.
