Project Manager – EV Fleet Infrastructure

About the role

Renewable Properties is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of high‑power EV fleet depot and charging infrastructure projects, from pre‑construction through commercial operation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with vendors and contractors for EV fleet depot projects.
• Run robust RFP processes to secure high‑quality partners at favorable prices.
• Lead engineering resources to optimise site layouts, charging bays, canopies and support structures.
• Negotiate engineering, procurement and construction contracts with vendors and contractors.
• Manage contractors through construction to achieve on‑time, on‑budget commercial operation.
• Coordinate utility interconnection and make‑ready processes for high‑power charging loads.
• Provide project information to investors and update stakeholders via project‑management and Salesforce platforms.
• Develop budgets, corporate metrics and construction cost estimates, and review constructability of designs.
• Travel for site visits, construction monitoring and conferences as needed.

Required profile

• 6+ years experience in EV charging infrastructure, fleet depot development, power plant or real‑estate development.
• Strong civil and electrical construction background, including stormwater, underground works and AHJ compliance.
• Experience supporting high‑profile EV or AV fleet customers and their data/connectivity requirements.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and navigate environmental and utility regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
