Project Manager - Electrical Construction

About the role

Our client, a leading electrical contractor in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead federal electrical construction projects in the Walla Walla, Washington area. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from award through completion.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient execution.
• Maintain compliance with federal contract requirements, specifications, and government standards.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, and government representatives.
• Oversee procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance.
• Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
