Project Manager - Digital Health & Wellness Team

About the role

MassMutual is hiring a Project Manager for its Digital Health & Wellness team within Research & Development, based in Springfield, MA and Boston, MA, on a hybrid schedule of onsite three days per week. The role sits in the Wellness program and focuses on delivering innovative wellness solutions to customers, working with cross-functional business and technology teams on high-visibility initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on delivering service deliverables and technology solutions
• Work with cross-functional business and technology teams
• Assess a project's scope and the team's ability to execute
• Move from big-picture strategy to detailed execution
• Communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly
• Provide solution recommendations and take part in problem solving

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience managing medium-to-complex projects
• 2+ years of experience managing technology projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Required skills

• PMP certification or similar (preferred)
