Business Process Engineer

About the role

The Business Process Engineer will act as a senior individual contributor and process‑design authority for high‑visibility technology transformations across Operations. You will translate advisor, client, employee, risk and technology needs into end‑to‑end processes that improve experience, reduce cost and increase quality, speed and resiliency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation process design, creating future‑state workflows that align business strategy with stakeholder needs.
• Carry designs through discovery, implementation and stabilization, partnering with technology, change management, risk and finance teams to realize expected benefits.
• Share responsibility for process performance by monitoring health, diagnosing gaps and driving continuous improvement.
• Integrate technology, automation, data and AI into processes, defining decision rules, controls and exception paths.

Required profile

• 8+ years in process engineering, business transformation or operational excellence.
• 5+ years leading cross‑functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, business or information systems.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Familiarity with Genesys and workflow/case‑management tools.
• Practical fluency in automation, integration concepts and AI‑enabled workflows.
