Project Manager – Digital Creative Studio

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to join Donut Studios, the in‑house creative studio of New Engen. You will act as the bridge between our clients and creative teams, ensuring that strategic goals are translated into high‑performing digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow client partnerships by understanding goals and aligning creative work with performance objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Donut Studios creative team, translating strategy into actionable direction.
• Analyze paid‑media performance on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snap, turning insights into clear creative recommendations.
• Develop and execute structured creative testing plans to scale successful concepts quickly.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality standards across multiple campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver client‑facing presentations, reports and updates with clear insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing and client‑facing experience.
• Growth‑marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience in technology or betting industries is desired.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience analyzing paid‑media performance on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snap.
• Ability to translate performance data into creative direction.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.
