Project Manager - Concrete

About the role

Rusin Concrete is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial concrete projects. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and on‑site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Understand estimates, contract documents, and project scope; manage Plan Grid or similar platforms for current project information.
• Prepare, review, and execute subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, and shop drawings to avoid delays.
• Coordinate material logistics, track project logistics, and expedite information for field teams.
• Serve as primary contact with GC/Architect, handling RFIs, change orders, and status communications.
• Lead pre‑install and closeout meetings, assist the Superintendent with schedule and budget reviews, and track work progress for monthly billing.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in concrete foundations and flatwork.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• OSHA certified and able to make decisions under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Plan Grid or similar construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Experience managing subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
