Project Manager – Commercial & Retail Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead commercial, retail and restaurant construction projects from pre‑construction through completion for an established general contractor in Atlanta. The role involves coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors and owners to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial, retail, restaurant and related construction projects valued between $3M and $6M.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with superintendents and field teams to maintain schedule, quality, safety and profitability.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, contracts, purchase orders and project documentation.
• Review and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals and other project controls.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, customers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–10 years of construction experience, preferably in commercial, retail or restaurant projects.
• Proven project management experience on projects in the $3M–$6M range with 5–6 month schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Stable career history with a commitment to long‑term employment.
