Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through final close‑out. Based in Atlanta, you will manage multiple high‑value projects nationwide while coordinating closely with field teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee projects from pre‑construction to final close‑out, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Lead bid reviews, project buyouts, and subcontractor contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to maintain alignment.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, cost controls, and change‑order management.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support field operations.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and project specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required).
• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Industry certifications such as PMP, CCM, or OSHA training are a plus.
• Experience managing projects valued $10M–$60M in sectors like big‑box retail, grocery, restaurants, and automotive dealerships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel periodically for site visits.
