About the role
The Project Manager will oversee planning, design, and supervision of civil infrastructure projects, focusing on pedestrian walkways and roadways in residential corridors.
Key responsibilities
- Scope, schedule, and supervise restoration projects from design through close‑out.
- Provide quality assurance/quality control, utility coordination, and inspection support across all phases.
- Manage construction budgets, cost controls, subcontractors, and material dispatching.
- Maintain asset management databases and support payroll and timekeeping.
- Identify and mitigate internal and external project risks.
Required profile
- B.S. in Construction Engineering or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with experience allocating daily tasks.
- Experience in budgeting, risk assessment, and proactive problem solving.
