Project Manager – Caribbean

About the role

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate all project resources and documentation throughout the full lifecycle of construction projects in the Caribbean region. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while supporting Suffolk’s integrated construction management approach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities from initiation to close‑out.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects of moderate to large scale.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering results.
