About the role

The Construction QA/QC Manager will lead the implementation and management of quality control plans for Suffolk’s construction projects. This role ensures that all work meets the company’s high standards for safety, compliance, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project‑specific quality control plans.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to verify quality standards.
• Document findings and generate reports for project stakeholders.
• Coordinate QA/QC efforts across multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction quality assurance or quality control.
