About the role

Suffolk is seeking a Project Executive to lead construction projects on the island. This senior position provides overall leadership, direction, and contract negotiation for complex builds, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage owner contracts and agreements.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the Project Manager on all project‑related issues.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
