About the role

This remote Project Management Assistant role supports Project Managers in the Electrical Transmission industry, assisting with bids, schedules, and financial forecasts while residing in select U.S. states.

Key responsibilities

Prepare project bid packages and respond to bidder RFIs.
Assist in developing project schedules and cash‑flow forecasts using established software.
Gather, organize, and validate data for financial forecasts and input data into cost reporting tools.
Document and communicate project cost, schedule, and risk status to stakeholders.
Participate in project status meetings and coordinate internal and field checklists.

Required profile

High interpersonal, organizational, and detail‑orientation skills.
Valid driver’s license and U.S. citizenship or green card.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
Experience in the construction industry.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Primavera P6 (preferred).
