Project Coordinator

About the role

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Project Coordinator in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The role coordinates construction activities across multiple projects, working with contractors, design consultants and other professionals, and supports the owner, architect and contractor through meetings and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate, organized project files to ensure compliance with internal, local, state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate construction activities with contractors and design consultants, including review of existing conditions, scheduling, budgeting and cost management.
• Evaluate subcontractors' work on multiple jobs and conduct meetings between the owner, architect and contractor.
• Read, interpret and critique drawings and specifications, and coordinate receiving and storage of project supplies and equipment.
• Oversee contractor work on utility interruptions, traffic control, safety and infection prevention.
• Manage transmittals, documentation and retention of plans, contracts, construction change directives and other communications.
• Manage project closeout and commissioning, including OEM, staff training, as-built drawings, warranty escrow and contractual compliance.
• Supervise staff maintaining rented and leased properties and inspect suites for appropriate maintenance.

Required profile

• In-depth knowledge of building codes and construction practices (required).
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize and evaluate contractor work (required).
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, blueprints and construction specifications (required).
• Ability to lead diverse teams and strong verbal, written and organizational skills (required).
• Preferred: 3+ years using Microsoft Project or similar software, 4+ years in construction project management, and 4+ years in healthcare construction project management.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and PMP certification.

Pay range: $56,950.40 - $105,913.60.
