About the role

Avante Engineering is looking for a Project Field Engineer to work on‑site in Juncos, Puerto Rico. You will manage contractors, keep projects on schedule, ensure quality, and support safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Oversee contractors and coordinate with area owners.
Communicate project status to management and support EHS initiatives.
Assist in managing project timelines and ensuring on‑site quality control.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in construction project management and field service.
Strong communication, problem‑solving and project management skills.

Required skills

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
