Project Designer – Architecture Studio

About the role

The Project Designer – Architecture Studio will support the Director of Design in creating and developing architectural documents for large‑scale residential, mixed‑use, and hospitality projects. Working within a multidisciplinary firm, you will collaborate with interior designers, procurement specialists, and project managers to deliver high‑quality design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine design concepts under the direction of senior design leaders.
• Produce construction documents, specifications, and detailed 2D/3D drawings.
• Mentor and oversee junior staff to ensure design cohesion.
• Present design solutions to clients and review committees.
• Coordinate drawings with other disciplines and ensure compliance with building codes and zoning ordinances.
• Collaborate closely with interior design, procurement, and project management teams.
• Resolve technical challenges and maintain design intent throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in architectural design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and transferring design knowledge.
