Project Crew Member

About the role

We are looking for a Project Crew Member to join Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) in a full‑time permanent position. The role involves performing a wide range of cleaning and basic maintenance tasks in commercial, industrial and institutional facilities across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Strip, disinfect, mop and finish hard‑surface floors; polish specialty floors such as gym surfaces.
• Steam‑clean, shampoo and extract carpets using carpet extractors.
• Wash windows, glass partitions and mirrors; pressure‑wash floors and building exteriors.
• Perform minor wall repairs, collect and empty trash, and restock restroom supplies.
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures and accessories; dust surfaces, walls, equipment and machinery.
• Notify managers of major repairs or system upgrades and request needed supplies or equipment.
• Provide backup support to crew members and travel to job sites within a four‑ to five‑state radius, including occasional night shifts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in building or warehouse cleaning and maintenance.
• Knowledge of floor‑care techniques for vinyl, tile, carpet, concrete and hardwood.
• Ability to work nights, days and weekends and to travel between sites.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to read safety rules, operation manuals and chemical‑handling documents (English).

What we offer

• Starting wage of $20.00 per hour.
• Full‑time permanent employment with shift options (e.g., 6 am – 12:30 pm) and occasional night shifts.
