Project Coordinator

About the role

PND Engineers is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support engineering teams in Anchorage. You will help move projects from planning through delivery by coordinating information, tracking deliverables, and maintaining documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of project information among principals, designers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Track engineering deliverables, action items, and deadlines to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain organized project records and support document control according to PND and client standards.
• Prepare, coordinate, and track vendor submittals, RFIs, and material requisitions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and other scheduling tools.
• Support quality processes through document and drawing reviews, revision tracking, and minor CAD updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, and overall project efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented self‑starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 for scheduling.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Copilot).
• Basic CAD drawing update capability.
