Project Consultant - Kahua Service Desk Agent

About the role

Deloitte's Strategy, Growth and Transformation team, within the Government & Public Services practice, is hiring Project Consultants to act as the first point of contact for users of the Kahua Construction Management Platform. The team supports clients through strategy, execution and transformation, covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, M&A, infrastructure and real estate, and sustainability. The role is open in seven locations: Atlanta, Charlotte, Jacksonville, Miami, Philadelphia, Rosslyn and Tampa.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Kahua users by phone, email and the in-platform ticketing app
• Triage and document incoming issues and resolve simple and moderately complex ones directly, such as login and credential problems, password resets, basic configuration and navigation questions, UI glitches and data corrections
• Work in a delivery team that provides structured onboarding, coaching and ongoing guidance
• Contribute to the service desk knowledge base, support content updates and take part in improvement activities linked to monthly metrics (response time, resolution time, escalation rate, ticket volume)

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of help desk or service desk experience
• Ability to travel up to 0-10% on average, depending on clients and sectors served
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Preferred: experience with Kahua's construction management platform

The stated wage range is $68,300 to $133,900, and candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
