About the role
Cuppett Kilpatrick is seeking a Project Architect to join its multidisciplinary design team. The role focuses on residential projects, balancing daylight‑rich interiors with thoughtful scale, volume, and graphic composition.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and architects to integrate architecture and interior design.
- Develop construction documents independently and as part of a team.
- Study massing and design development using SketchUp.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend on‑site meetings with owners, architects, and contractors.
Required profile
- Formal education in Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in a design‑intensive office, with residential project experience.
- Self‑motivated, comfortable asking questions, and efficient in communication.
- Experience delivering projects from schematic design through substantial completion.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
